Our Lifts

Maintenance

Wessex products are manufactured to a very high standard, meeting the requirements stipulated by both European and British Standards. However, as with all electro-mechanical equipment, our products do require regular maintenance to ensure that they are kept in good working order. Some parts will need replacement due to normal wear and tear and, although we do our utmost to prevent it happening, unexpected breakdowns may occur.

You may take out a Service Contract to cover any item used by yourself or a member of your family. Service Contracts are also available to organisations responsible for overseeing the maintenance of many products in various locations. Increasing numbers of Local Authorities are choosing Wessex to provide their maintenance as they realise the importance of a professional service at an affordable price.
