Wessex Through-Floor Home Lifts are designed to, and suceed in, bridging the gap between the ease of installation and convenience of a stairlift, whilst retaining much of the functionality of 'real' home passenger lifts.
They work without the use of a lift shaft, meaning that these lifts don't take up too much space in your home.
Our range of products provide a popular selection for Occupational Therapists, carers, and other healthcare professionals, as well as people who just want to future-proof their homes.
We're proud to say that our VM is the most popular home lift in the UK, with over 10,000 sold, over a 20 year period.

The affordability of our through-floor lift is not reflected in its quality!
We design and manufacture all of our lifts at our headquarters in Romsey, Hampshire, in order to ensure consistent high quality. We have a showroom here too, so if you want to see our lifts in action, please get in contact and give us a visit!
Our lifts are easy to find a place for and even easier to install. A standard Wessex Home Lift shouldn't take more than 2 days to fit.
With minimal building work, they represent a perfect balance between the ease of installation you get with a traditional stairlift (without the downsides, including having to obstruct your staircase) and the dignified travel experience that comes with a passenger lift (without taking up a lot of space in the home and without having the disruption of major building works).
